PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical vibration damper in which high damping performance with respect to input vibration in the right and left, and front and rear directions of a vehicle is advantageously secured by an easily manufacturable structure. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical vibration damper, a second vibration control bush 12 is integrally assembled to a lower part of a first vibration control bush 10 for absorbing heavy load of heavy goods. The first vibration control bush 10 includes first and second mounting members 14, 16 disposed separated from each other in the vertical direction, and a first rubber elastic body 18 for connecting the first and second mounting members 14, 16, while the second vibration control bush 12 includes inner and outer cylinder members 30, 32 disposed separated from each other in the radial direction, a second rubber elastic body 34 connecting the inner and outer cylinder members 30, 32, a pair of fluid chambers 54, 56 in which a portion of a wall part is composed of the second rubber elastic body 34, and an orifice passage 58 for communicating the pair of fluid chambers 54, 56 with each other.
