SLIDE BEARING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing in which excellent lubricating oil seal is executed with a low fastening force to a shaft member. SOLUTION: This slide bearing comprises: seal members 4 fitted near the axial both ends thereof along the inner surface in the circumferential direction and made of a flexible and water-absorbing material such as a felt material; a lubricating oil groove 5 circumferentially formed in the inner peripheral surface between both seal members 4 along the inner surface; an oil storage chamber 6 formed at the position separated from the lubricating oil groove 5 radially outward and storing a lubricating oil; a lubricating oil flow passage 7 allowing the oil storage chamber to communicate with the lubricating oil groove; and oil supply parts 8, 10 for supplying the lubricating oil from the outside into the oil storage chamber.
