PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure having light weight and suppressing noise, in a rail vehicle. SOLUTION: In a vehicle body, upper floors 61, 62 divided into a plurality of pieces in a longitudinal direction are placed on a framework 51 through a joist 71. The dividing width of the upper floor is divided by length corresponding to installation intervals of lateral beams 81, 82, and a uniting portion of the divided upper floors 61, 62 are united at an upper part of the lateral beam. The longitudinal length of the upper floor 62 between the lateral beams 82 and 82 on which an underfloor equipment 91 having a vibrating element is installed is same as an interval between lateral beams 82, 82 on which the underfloor equipment 91 is installed, in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body 1 as compared with the upper floors 61 installed between lateral beams 81, 81 on which the underfloor equipment 91 is not installed, and between the lateral beams 81, 82. A member having acoustic radiation efficiency is used. For example, an iron floor or aluminum vibration damping material is used.
