Use of viologen dendrimer having 4, 4'-bipyridinium structure or higher generation for transporting oligonucleotides, ribonucleic acid, and single and double stranded DNA in eukaryotic cells; for carrying out in vitro application in large biotechnological standard, and as laboratory method for research purposes and analyzing method; for carrying out in vivo application in large biotechnological (animals); and for therapeutic method in humans and animals, is claimed.
