Provided is an organic EL panel wherein generation of short-circuit can be suppressed by self-repair even a light emitting pixel of the EL panel has a small storage capacity, such as in a small panel. In an organic EL panel (1), a plurality of laminated bodies (3) are arranged in matrix. The laminated body is formed by laminating a single or a plurality of layers between a signal electrode (anode) (4) and a scanning electrode (cathode) (8), and at least one of the electrodes transmits light. The laminated body (3) is provided with a light emitting pixel (3a) wherein a functional organic layer (7a) which includes at least a light emitting layer between the signal electrode (4) and the scanning electrode (8); and a charge storage element (3b) wherein a charge storage layer (7b) is laminated between the signal electrode (4) and the scanning electrode (8).
