<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative photosensitive planographic printing plate having high sensitivity, excellent storage stability, no decrease in sensitivity or developing property with lapse of time, and in particular, suitable for scanning exposure with laser light. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive planographic printing plate has a negative photosensitive layer on a support having a hydrophilic surface, wherein the photosensitive layer contains a polymer having a carboxyl group at least in a side chain and an amine compound having a hydroxyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
