PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: "measure line data" indicative of delimitations of measures in terms of musical grammar are sometimes included in musical performance data so as to display or print the musical performance data in musical score form, and the position of the "measure line data" however slightly shifts in timing from measure line positions calculated from a tempo etc., so as to avoid events associated with "beforebeat" and "afterbeat" playing styles and when some or a plurality of measures of the musical performance data are specified and loop-reproduced as background music of a game etc., the game and music gradually shift in timing.
SOLUTION: Differences Δts between effective measure line positions (event time parts 42-ka of respective measure line data) and calculated measure line positions are recorded in the measure line data (measure line data 42-1, 42-6, 42-15, etc.). When the musical performance data are loop-reproduced based upon measures as units, a loop section is determined based upon intervals of the calculated measure line positions.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
