PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter which is excellent in power conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: As a primary side and a secondary side coils are provided in a first penetrated portion 41X, and a group of coils are provided also in a second penetrated portion 41Y, a surface area over which a group of the coils extend becomes larger within a plane which is perpendicular to the penetrated portions 41X, 41Y than a case where all the coils are provided at a single penetrated portion. A surface region which is not covered by magnetic body cores 41A, 41B of plate type members SP1, SP2 becomes wider. If areas of the members are large, heat dissipation characteristics are improved, by which cooling efficiency of a transformer 4 is improved. Especially, in case that there are a plurality of the groups of the coils which are magnetically coupled to one another, as it is difficult to move heat produced in the groups by heat conduction, heat transfer or heat radiation, such a heat dissipation structure as described above is effective.
