PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate competitiveness of bonding of a plurality of probes to a test material simply and quickly with high sensitivity and high reproducibility. SOLUTION: A method for measuring bonding affinity of a probe to the test material includes a sample preparation step of mixing a sample including the test material with a plurality of probes for detecting the test material, and a fluorescence detection step of detecting the intensity of fluorescence emitted from the plurality of probes by a fluorescence correlation spectroscopy. The plurality of probes have each different excitation wavelength or fluorescent wavelength, and the fluorescence correlation spectroscopy is performed by irradiating the sample with laser light having each different wavelength for detecting the plurality of probes.
