PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial ball bearing cage wherein lubricant can be actively supplied to contact portions a bearing between the raceway surface of and a ball while reducing the noises of the bearing and improving the lubricating performance, and to provide the radial ball bearing. SOLUTION: The radial ball bearing cage 20 comprises wholly annular pockets 18 formed in a plurality of circumferential positions for rollingly holding the plurality of balls 5 arranged between the raceway surfaces of the radial ball bearing. It constrains the balls in positions excluding a region k corresponding to the contact portions of the pockets between the raceway surface and the ball.
