摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high strength and high electric conductivity heat resistant alloy foil excellent in strength, electric conductivity and heat resistance when being formed in the foil. SOLUTION: The rolled foil is a two phase alloy including second phases containing Ag of, by mass,≥3 to≤15% and Cu host phases. The rolled foil contains one or more kinds of first additional element(s) selected from the group consisting of Cr, Fe and Fe-P by 0.1 to <3% in total, and also precipitates essentially consisting of the first additional elements are precipitated at least into the Cu host phases, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities. The rolled foil has a layered structure where, when viewed from the thickness direction of the foil, the thickness of the second phases is≤1μm, and also, the spacing between the adjoining second phases is≤1μm, and its thickness is≤20μm.
