PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid chip capable of precisely changing the temperature of the fluid flowing through a microflow channel and capable of preventing the stagnation of the fluid even at a connection part even in a structure wherein a plurality of units are connected. SOLUTION: In the microfluid chip constituted so that a plurality of units 12, 14, 18 and 20 having microflow channels therein are integrally connected so that the microflow channels communicate with each other and the fluid A is allowed to flow through the microflow channels to perform desired unit operation. A heat insulating plate 16 having through-hole 16A having a diameter almost same to that of the microflow channels is interposed between a heating unit 14 and a cooling unit 18 and a positioning mechanism set so as to allow the flow channels to communicate with the through-hole 16A at the time of connection is provided to the heat insulating plate 16.
