PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input start instructions or termination instructions of an application using a fingerprint image. SOLUTION: A fingerprint registration authentication recognizing part receiving a fingerprint image from a fingerprint sensor computes the feature amount of the fingerprint image (step S21n) and computes similarity between the computed feature amount and the stored feature amounts of all fingerprints (step S21o).
