PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and appropriately transmit an expiration list containing information of an illicit node device in peer-to-peer information communication system and method including a plurality of node devices mutually connected through a communication path, and the like. SOLUTION: In the information communication system formed with participation of a plurality of node devices mutually connected through a communication path, a certain node device X determines representative node devices contained in each group of the plurality of node devices divided to two or more (4) groups according to a predetermined rule (e.g., DHT), transmits the expiration list to a node device which is not contained in the expiration list of the determined node devices A, B and C. When the expiration list received from the other node device is directed to the group containing the own node device, the certain node device transmits the received expiration list to a node device which is not contained in the expiration list of the representative node devices of the group to which the own node device belongs.
