PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a moisture absorbing-desorbing characteristic in a construction structure of a humidity conditioning building material and a humidity conditioning building material unit, by using the humidity conditioning building material with a glazed surface. SOLUTION: This humidity conditioning building material unit 10 is formed by being connected by a connecting material 2 stuck to a reverse surface, by aligning and arranging a plurality of plate-like humidity conditioning building materials 1A, 1B and 1C. The humidity conditioning building materials 1A, 1B and 1C are formed by glazing the surface, and without glazing a small end surface and the reverse surface. The humidity conditioning building materials 1A, 1B and 1C are a plate shape of the 30 mm square, and the thickness is respectively set to 5.5 mm, 6.5 mm and 7.5 mm. This humidity conditioning building material unit 10 is superior in the moisture absorbing-desorbing characteristic by absorbing and desorbing moisture even via the small end surface front edge side exposed to the atmosphere since the thickness of three kinds of mutual humidity conditioning building materials is respectively different by every 1 mm.
