PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the flow characteristic of a glass paste composition containing a conventional V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>-P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>glass frit particularly at high temperature without incorporating lead or bismuth. SOLUTION: In a glass paste composition prepared by dispersing a low-melting glass frit and filler particles for adjustment in an organic solvent containing a dispersant, the glass frit contains 45-65 mass% (expressed in terms of V<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>) of vanadium, 15-27 mass% (expressed in terms of P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>) of phosphorus, 5-25 mass% (expressed in terms of Sb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>) of antimony and 1-15 mass% (expressed in terms of BaO) of barium, the filler particles comprise a mixture of two or more fillers different in thermal expansion, and the mixed filler particles are contained in a volume ratio of 50-100 parts to 100 parts of the glass frit.
