PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an fuel supply volume restraining device of a fuel tank capable of quickly opening a check valve at the time of supplying fuel and realizing a high sealing property other than at an fuel supplying time. SOLUTION: This fuel supply volume restraining device has an fuel supply mechanism 20 supplying fuel to a fuel tank 10. The fuel supply mechanism 20 has a check valve 130 opening and closing an outlet of a fuel supply tube 21. The check valve 130 comprises a valve element 140 opening and closing an outlet 133b and a spring 150. The valve element 40 comprises a storage part 145. The storage part 145 has a storage chamber 145S for temporarily storing fuel flowing from the outlet 133b and supplying it to the fuel tank 10, and increases a force of the valve element 140 in an opening direction by a weight of the fuel stored in the storage chamber 145S.
