The current supplying circuit has a Direct current-Direct Current (DC-DC) converter with a current input and a current output. A charge pump is coupled with an output of the DC-DC converter, and a super capacitor is coupled with the charge pump. A control stage is provided to switch between two operation modes. The charge pump has an inverter implemented in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology.
