<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect personal information of members composing an optional group, without printing and outputting the personal information of the members composing the optional group in a range more than necessary, in a printer for printing and outputting the personal information in response to a predetermined format. <P>SOLUTION: Name information on the member of a designated registered number 2 is printed on a predetermined personal information arranging column of a correlation diagram form, and only the name information, address information and telephone number information on the member of registered numbers (4) and (5) put in the just under relationship of the member of the registered number (2), are printed on the predetermined personal information arranging column of the correlation diagram form.
