<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thickness-deviated resin sheet by an extrusion molding method which enables preventing the occurrence of a camber in a manufactured resin sheet and remedying camber if occurring in the manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a thickness-deviated resin sheet in which there is a deviation in the thickness of the sheet in the width direction includes the extrusion process 12 of extruding a molten resin into a sheet from a die, the molding/cooling process 14 of nipping the extruded resin sheet A with a die roller 46 and a nip roller 48 to carry out thickness deviation molding while cooling to solidify, the gradually cooling process 16 of cooling gradually the resin sheet A peeled from the die roller, the camber measurement process 18 of measuring the camber of the gradually cooled resin sheet A to judge the compatibility of the resin sheet A with a specified standard, and the process of feeding back the resin sheet A to the molding/cooling process 14 when the camber of the resin sheet A exceeds the standard and controlling so as to equalize the cooling rate in the width direction of the resin sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
