PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a performance by continuously rotatable symbol display bodies and to enable a performance by a movable member. SOLUTION: An ornamental member 30 is provided with: a body member 34 having electric components electrically connecting symbol display bodies 20, 21a, 22a and 22b and disposed with the symbol display bodies 22a and 22b; a pedestal member 39 rotatably disposed relative to the body member 34 and disposed with the symbol display bodies 20 and 21a; a rotation connector 70 having a relatively rotatable first contact part and second contact part, wherein the first contact part is provided in the body member 34 and electrically connected to the electric component 17 and the second contact part is integrally rotatably provided relative to the pedestal member 39, and electrically connected to the symbol display bodies 20 and 21a installed in the pedestal member 39; and a shielding member 54 being displaced between a shielding position for shielding the symbol display bodies 22a and 22b disposed in the body member 34 and an open position for exposing the shielded symbol display bodies 22a and 22b.
