PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate a deterioration level of a batch card. SOLUTION: This paper sheet processing system is provided with: a paper money processing unit 1 having an extraction part 8 for supplying paper money 7 and a batch card 10 for managing the batch of the paper money 7; a recognition unit 11 for processing the paper money 7 supplied by the extraction part 8, and for determining the quality of the batch card 10; and a bar code reader 12 for reading the number information of the batch card 10 whose quality has been determined by the recognition unit 11, a centralized control device 5 for managing the storage of the quality information determined by the recognition unit 11 for every number read by the bar code reader 12, and a pre-processing terminal 3 and a post-processing terminal 4 having display parts 3a and 4a for displaying the quality information of the batch card 10 stored by the centralized management device 5.
