PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an error occurrence possibility even for an error which has been undetectable conventionally to present support information by detecting the possibility of an error occurrence from acquirable information in an early stage of a start of an information processor without detecting the error occurrence itself. SOLUTION: A support information presentation device detects the error occurrence possibility by an error detection unit 13 from the start time acquired by an information acquisition unit 11 and a history of start time previously acquired and recorded in a history record unit 12, and can detect the possibility of occurrences even of errors which have been undetectable and provide support information by presenting on an information presentation unit like output examples 21, 22, 23 in response to the detected states. By recording the detection result of error possibilities in a detection result recording unit 31, the device is effective for supporting recovery work of a specialist. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
