PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photographic frame image processing technique by which an album booklet of high commercial value having excellent appearance can be made even if there is no cover having thickness adaptable to the number of ordered photographic prints. SOLUTION: The photographic frame image processing device is equipped with a compensation print image processing management part for forming a compensation print image based on a photographic frame image in order to generate print data from the photographic frame image by an amount equivalent to the insufficient number of photographic prints if the scheduled number of photographic prints to be output does not attain an appropriate number set to an album cover when making the album booklet by using the album cover.
