An expandable hardening material for soil stabilization is provided to prevent crack of a farm road during soil stabilization construction and to reduce a cost of the hardening material by reducing furnace slag and using sand. An expandable hardening material for soil stabilization comprises, as main materials, 35-50% by weight of a furnace slag powder, 10-30% by weight of a gypsum powder, 1-5% by weight of an aluminate powder, 10% by weight of a sand powder(waste foundry sand powder), and the balance of portland cement. The powders have a particle size of 4500 cm^2/g or greater. The furnace slag comprises CaO as a main component.
