A cosmetic contact lens is provided to minimize harmful components and obtain a sterilization effect by using gold, sliver, or a mixture thereof to form a coloring layer. A cosmetic contact lens(100) includes a base layer(110), a coloring layer(120), and a cover layer(130). The base layer is made of 2-HEMA(Hydroxyethyl-Methacrylate) monomers. The coloring layer includes at least one of gold and silver as a coloring component and is coated on the base layer in a predetermined pattern corresponding to an iris. The cover layer is made of 2-HEMA monomers and coated on the coloring layer. The coloring layer further includes a lens pigment as another coloring component.
