<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cashless settlement system for keeping high-degree security unusable thereafter, even if identification information is sniffed in authentication. <P>SOLUTION: When determining as being a connecting user and a mobile communication terminal registered in a relay server, time information is recorded in a storage part as a time stamp by being associated to user identification information, and the time stamp is transmitted to the mobile communication terminal via a communication part.
