PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication system that allows the utilization of the speaker information of a plurality of conference devices by acquiring it almost in real time without constituting a large-scale system. SOLUTION: Sound emission/collection devices 11A-11D are connected with each other by a voice data communication network 201 so as to emit sounds to conference participants around their own devices after mixing voice data inputted via the voice data communication network 201. The devices transmit voice data collected by their own devices without via a control server 10 to the other sound emission/collection devices via the voice data communication network 201. The control server 10 is connected with each sound emission/collection device 11A-11D by a control data communication network 202 so as to make a speaker detection request. Each sound emission/collection device detects a speaker corresponding to the speaker detection request of the control server 10 so as to transmit speaker detection data to the control server 10 via the control data communication network 202.
