PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device of an inductive load capable of outputting control signals with respect to a drive relay by accurately acquiring the timing of zero cross in the drive control device of the inductive load operated by a half-wave rectifying power supply. SOLUTION: In a driving circuit of an electromagnetic pump in which the timing of outputting opening and closing commands of a contact against a drive relay is set by the time elapsed from falling Ta of a pulse edge output from an input voltage monitoring circuit in which pulse waves are formed corresponding to waveforms of an AC power supply, the outputting timing of the opening and closing commands is determined by subtracting predetermined pre-set time T minutes from the elapsed time set when it is assumed that there is no delay at all in the pulse waves of the input voltage monitoring circuit.
