PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition enabling makeup to be simply and rapidly refreshed by a nearby tool in anywhere such as a place away from home to provide beautiful finish. SOLUTION: The composition is constituted as follows: (1) being a wiping and cleansing cosmetic by a water-in-oil type emulsion; (2) containing a polyether-modified silicone as an W/O emulsifier; (3) containing a volatile cyclic silicone as a cleansing agent; (4) containing a component capable of gelling the volatile cyclic silicone as an emulsion stabilizer, wherein, an organic modified clay mineral and/or partially crosslinked silicone and a fatty acid dextrin ester are cited as the gelling agent; (5) having≤10% content of an ester oil and a hydrocarbon oil to prevent the makeup lasting from being reduced after the makeup refreshment.
