PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical resistance measuring method for a tire and its device capable of accurately measuring a maximum value of electrical resistance of the tire. SOLUTION: The tire T with a wheel H is grounded on an upper face 20a of an electrically-conductive plate-shaped member 20 with a predetermined load, and with the tire T rolled on the upper face 20a of the plate-shaped member 20, electrical resistance between a support shaft 11 on the wheel H side of the tire T and the upper face 20a of the plate-shaped member 20 is continuously measured. Thus, when the tire T is rotated once while the electrical resistance is measured, the electrical resistance of the tire T over the circumference can be measured, and the maximum value of the electrical resistance of the tire T can be accurately measured.
