PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a user of an activity meter to improve the life activity with simple motions. SOLUTION: A sampling part 60 in an arithmetic operation part 6 samples acceleration values measured by an acceleration sensor 1, and the sampled acceleration values are composed by an acceleration computing part 61. An exercise intensity computing part 62 computes the exercise intensity by using the acceleration composed by the acceleration computing part 61. A step counting part 63 computes the pitch per unit time by using the acceleration composed by the acceleration computing part 61. A low-intensity ratio computing part 66 obtains the exercise intensity information from the exercise intensity computing part 62 and obtains the pitch information from the step counting part 63. When the pitch information is obtained, the low-intensity ratio computing part 66 computes the activity time in one minute with the exercise intensity being at least 1.1 METs and not more than 3 METs in the range of the pitch per unit time not more than 80 pitch/second, and computes the ratio of the computed activity time to the measured time in one day as the low-intensity ratio.
