A solenoid valve with a relief function using electric and magnetic force is provided to change electric current of a solenoid valve connected with a valve by manufacturing the solenoid valve through electric and magnetic force. A solenoid valve with a relief function using electric and magnetic comprises a hollow valve core(1), a valve dome(5), an armature(6), an exciting coil(7), a valve sheet(9), a plunger(8), and a return spring(8a). The valve core has an inlet and an outlet. The valve dome is combined to one end of the valve core. The armature moves back and forth in the valve dome. The exciting coil is installed outside the valve dome. The valve sheet is installed in the valve core and provided with an orifice(9a). The plunger, which is installed in the valve core, opens and closes the orifice by moving back and forth. The return spring presses the plunger toward the armature to open the orifice. A protrusion(1a) is formed at the part which is in contact with the outer surface of the plunger, at an upper surface of the valve core. An outside protrusion is formed outside the protrusion of the valve core at the bottom surface of the armature. The orifice has a diameter ranging from 0.5mm to 1.0mm to set a variable relief section. |
