<p>Drawing off of bulk stored cement is instigated at definite times, entailing extraction of material from the extremities of the wholly or partly formed stockpile (3). The timing of drawing off operations may be programmed in accordance with stock levels and the output of the stacker (1), drawn off material being recycled by returning to the stockpile. Plant utilised may include a stacker (1) and a stock pile conveyor (2), drawing off pits (7) with shutters feeding a recycling conveyor leading to the stockpile conveyor.</p> |
