PURPOSE:To make the adhesion process of a voice coil bobbine needless by preparing a bobbine shaping mold having a cavity, where a diaphragm shaped previously can be stored, and by peeping out the bobbine edge of the diaphragm into the molding cavity of this shaping mold and by shaping the bobbine in this cavity by injection. CONSTITUTION:For shaping voice coil bobbine 2 for diaphragm 1 and making bobbine and diaphragm 1 into one body, diaphragm 1 shaped previously is stored in storage cavity C1 formed by the first and the second shaping molds X1 and X2, and cylindrical part 1a of diaphragm 1 is peeped out from storage cavity C1 and is placed into molding cavity C2 of shaping molds X3 and X4 for shaping bobbine 2, and one end of cavity C2 is closed, and bobbine materials are injected from sprue C3. Bobbine 2 is cured and shaped under a state where bobbine 9 is made into one body in cylindrical part 1a of diaphragm 1, and the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbine are made into one body for separated them. |
