<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cab tilting device in which it can be manually operated and an external driving power may also be used. <P>SOLUTION: This cab tilting device comprises a tilting cylinder device 3 installed between a cab and a frame to cause the cab to be tilted, and an oil pump 13 for supplying hydraulic oil to a raising oil passage 11 and a lowering oil passage 12 of the tilting cylinder device 3. The oil pump 13 is provided with a pair of cylinder chambers 30A, 30B arranged around a rotating shaft 24, and a pair of pistons 32A, 32B slidably fitted into both cylinder chambers and advanced or retracted by the rotating shaft 24. Both pistons are connected to be moved integrally by a connecting member 33 made of resilient material and formed into a C-ring shape. With such an arrangement as above, because of two discharges either a capacity or a driving force of the oil pump can be reduced to its half amount, a usage of an impact wrench can be attained and a labor of manual work can be reduced.
