<p>PURPOSE:To constitute small size, by making the voltage division element with a series connection of a plurality of resistors and capacitors, connecting one end of the element to the shield electrode and another end to the ground tank, and containing it in the ground tank. CONSTITUTION:The voltage dividing element 5 consisting of the series connection of a plurality of resistors or capacitors 5a-5b is connected for one end to the shield electrode 6 and for another end to the ground tank 7. The voltage dividing element 5 is located in parallel with the tank 7 and the shield electrode 6 is tilted. The insulation gas 8 is sealed to the tank 7 and the lead 9 is supported with the insulation spacer 10. With this constitution, the ground tank 7 eliminates the effect of the object closer, and the provision of the shield electrode 6 can compensate the static capacitance between the voltage dividing element 5 and the ground tank 7 to obtain good response and small sized voltage divider.</p> |
