MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLEXIBLE COPPER CLAD LAMINATE USING PRECISION WET PLATING PROCESS

An FCCL(Flexible Copper Clad Laminate) manufacturing method using a precise wet plating process is provided to increase adhesion strength between a metal plated layer and a polyimide film by forming a contact layer on the upper surface of the polyimide film and a catalytic layer on the upper surface of the contact layer. An FCCL manufacturing method using a precise wet plating process comprises a rinsing step for removing foreign materials on the outer surface of a polyimide film(S100); a pretreatment reforming step for reforming the surface of the polyimide film(S200); a contact layer forming step for forming a contact layer made of titanium oxide and formed on the surface of the reformed polyimide film(S300); a catalytic layer forming step for applying a catalytic layer on the upper surface of the contact layer(S400); a catalytic layer exposing step for irradiating ultraviolet rays on the catalytic layer applied on the upper surface of the contact layer(S500); and a plated layer forming step for forming a metal plated layer by plating the surface of half-finished products with metal.
