The ice cream mix is composed of fresh preservatives-free ingredients mixed in the presence of the client upon order thereof. The final product is homogenized by stirring thereof into the mixing chamber 23 and swollen by gaseous nitrogen drawn from the input 15. Advantages: direct consumption; refrigeration lasting for a time lesser than one minute. |
