Subject: method and device for instant ice cream preparation in stores.The device in question utilizes for freezing liquid nitrogen, which entering solely the ambient space of the freezing chamber 23 is deaerated to refrigerate via radiation the chamber 23 and finally the ice cream contained therein. The ice cream mix is composed of fresh preservatives-free ingredients mixed in the presence of the client upon order thereof. The final product is homogenized by stirring thereof into the mixing chamber 23 and swollen by gaseous nitrogen drawn from the input 15. Advantages: direct consumption; refrigeration lasting for a time lesser than one minute. |
