<p>The device has a phase shift element (101) shifting the phase of the signal relative to the phase of the periodic signal of phase shift value with that the condition change at a time specified by the time situation of the pre-determined flank is detected. A collection element (103) is provided for recording a phase of a flank on the basis of the phase shift value. The phase shift element is an adjustable delay element for retarding the signal around an adjustable delay value as phase shift value. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for recording a phase of a flank of a signal relative to a time situation of a pre-determined flank of a periodic signal (2) a measuring method for the recording of a characteristic of a timer.</p> |
