<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal coupling device by which the interfering wave resistance performance of an evaluation object is correctly measured and a component is easily obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A duplexer 107 outputs a first signal, which is inputted to a reception terminal, from a common terminal. A directional coupler 106 inputs a second signal to a second port (port 4) which defines a first port (port 1) as a coupling output port. The duplexer 107 allows a component in the pass frequency band of the second signal from the common terminal to pass to a transmission terminal, and then, a component outside the pass frequency band is reflected. The directional coupler 106 couples the first signal inputted to the first port (port 1) after passing through the duplexer 107 and the second signal inputted to the first port (port 1) after removing the useless component of the frequency band by reflection in the duplexer 107.
