<p>PURPOSE:To provide an automatic prevention of the flowing of hydraulic oil in an accumulator to be used in various kinds of machineries such as die-casting machine, by a method wherein an automatic shut-off valve is abruptly operated when an emergency stop and turn-off of the power supply due to a breakage of the seal in the accumulator mounting part. CONSTITUTION:In case that the seal at the mounting part 31 of the accumulator 5 is broken with the hydraulic oil 23 and the nitrogen gas 30 are charged in the accumulator 5 having a piston therein, a direction change-over valve 19 is made to be deenergized by an emergency stop switch and then the hydraulic port 17 is communicated with the tank. Under this communication, the valve 14 is lowered by a pressure stored in the accumulator 5 having a piston therein, closely brought in contact with the seat 24, thereby the leakage of hydraulic oil 23 from the accumulator 5 may be prevented.</p> |
