A ready mixed concrete manufacturing apparatus using a speed changeable mixer is provided to produce rigid ready mixed concrete by pouring fine sand, cement, and water into the mixer in advance and mixing the materials at high speed and then, pouring and mixing coarse pebbles at low speed. A ready mixed concrete manufacturing apparatus using a speed changeable mixer(13) is composed of: at least two upper storing hoppers(11) installed adjacent to each other at the inner upper side of a batcher plant body(10) to classify and store sand and pebbles transferred by a belt conveyor(30); the speed changeable mixer mounted on the lower side of the upper storing hopper to control the mixing speed; a lower discharge hopper(15) installed at the lower part of the mixer; a sensor(40) installed at one side to detect the transfer position of aggregates loaded and delivered by the belt conveyor; a direction changing unit(50) operated by a signal of the sensor and mounted on the upper part of the upper storing hopper to pour the delivered sand and pebbles into one of two upper storing hoppers selectively; and a control unit controlling a scale, the direction changing unit, and the speed changeable mixer in order according to the signal of the sensor. |
