A sanitary spring water pail including a sanitation pack is provided to discharge the spring water of the sanitation pack smoothly by ventilating the external air through a water storing part by combining a vent hole or an air filter at the bottom side. In a sanitary spring water pail, a sanitary spring water pail body(101) has a bottle neck-shaped inlet port formed at the upper part of a water storing part(101a) having a containing space and provided with the inner and outer diameters smaller than the water storing part so that the inlet port is inserted into a spring water supply unit of a hot/cold water dispenser to supply the spring water of the water storing part. A soft sanitation pack(102) is inserted into the containing space of the water storing part to store the spring water. An upper opening(102a) of the sanitation pack is drawn out from the upper part of the inlet port to cover the outer diameter of the inlet port. A fixing cap(106) comprises a combining unit(103) inserted into the inlet port to bring the sanitation pack into contact with the inner diameter of the inlet port; a contact unit(104) larger than the outer diameter of the combining unit and integrally formed at the upper end of the combining unit to bring the sanitation pack drawn out through the inlet port, into contact with the upper end of the inlet port; and a through-hole(105) formed from the upper end of the contact unit to the lower end of the combining unit.
