Surface protection method of combustible bullet shell consists of two compatible factors-protection from moisture, oil or fungi and prevention of earoy combustion. Amethod solving these problems simultaneously is enabled by coating the bullet shell with a coating compn. comprising non-combustible varnish and metal powder suspended in the varnish. A shelled bullet is costed with lst adhesive costing compn., next with 2nd compn. described above, finally with 3rd compn. resisting moisture, oil and fungi.
