LINE BEAM GENERATOR

摘要

A line beam generator is provided to acquire a line beam having a little interference by adjusting a distance between output beams. A line beam generator includes a beam incident unit(110), a reflective unit(120), and a beam output unit(130). The beam incident unit receives a beam of a first direction. The reflective unit reflects the beam of the first direction received through the beam incident unit to a second direction by arranging N parallel mirrors slantingly for the beam incident unit. The mirror has a reflective plane which reflects or transmits a beam to an upper plane or a lower plane. N is an integer larger than three. The beam output unit generates one line beam by outputting the output beams, which are reflected to the second direction by N mirrors, to correspond to an arrangement interval of N mirrors.
