The invention relates to area of machine-building (welding of metals, reinforcement, punching), powder metallurgy (compacting metal powders, ceramics), destruction of solid materials, geo-physics (initiation of flat detonation waves on large areas), mining industry and others. The substance of the invention is in that for formation of given profiles of detonation and blast waves in materials to surface of material being treated or to surface of explosive substance one applies high-sensitive to detonation transformation at effect of laser radiation layer of initiation explosive composition surface of which one affects with laser pulse radiation in time range from 10с to 30⋅10s. Initiation is performed with transfer of pulse through air atmosphere through simultaneous illumination of open surface with laser radiation with uniform radiant energy distribution over the surface. By means of controlled initiation in blast substance one forms given profiles of detonation and blast waves, this makes it possible to process complicated in relief surfaces, especially with small areas of ready articles. For instance, it is possible to strengthen local planes measured with several square millimeters, with those with complicated geometry included. |
