The invention can be used in the form of a protective device for a door handle and lock of a transport vehicle. The inventive protective device comprises a protection unit and means for fixing it and is provided with a remotely controlled electric drive and with means for fixing said drive. The protection unit is designed in the form of a screen with guides which are used for placing the screen therein in such a way that it is displaceable and are provided with a holder which is cinematically connected to the electric drive. The guides have means for securing them on the door of a transport vehicle in such a way that the door handle and lock are covered and a composite sealing unit designed according to a shape shown in fig. 3. The invention makes it possible to improve security and reduce the probability of forced entry and personal theft and to prevent the door handle of a transport vehicle and the driver's hands from becoming dirty.
