A photocatalytic filter manufacturing method, a photocatalytic filter manufactured by the method, and an ultraviolet lamp using the photocatalytic filter are provided to allow spacers to be solidly supported to one another, easily insert the photocatalytic filter into peripheries of the spacers, prevent drooping of the photocatalytic filter inserted into the peripheries of the spacers, and prevent damage of the ultraviolet lamp by absorbing or offsetting an external impact transmitted to the spacers. An ultraviolet lamp using a photocatalytic filter comprises: an ultraviolet lamp(10); spacers(11) which have through holes formed in centers thereof such that a periphery of the ultraviolet lamp is inserted into the through holes, and which have a plurality of joining grooves formed on outer peripheral surfaces thereof; a photocatalytic filter(12) inserted into peripheries of the spacers to form a sterilizing space(14) between an inner peripheral surface of the photocatalytic filter and the periphery of the ultraviolet lamp; circular laths(13) which are joined with the joining grooves of the spacers to support free ends of the spacers, which guide the photocatalytic filter such that the photocatalytic filter is inserted into the peripheries of the spacers smoothly, and which are supported to the inner peripheral surface of the photocatalytic filter to prevent drooping of the photocatalytic filter; contraction tubes(15) wound on both ends of the photocatalytic filter and both ends of the ultraviolet lamp to fix the photocatalytic filter to the ultraviolet lamp; and finishing caps(16) covered on peripheries of the contraction tubes to finish the both ends of the ultraviolet lamp.
