FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: stand contains frame installed on bed, length of belt located on it with possibility to put on this length of belt a sample of transported load, supporting fixture for belt, facilities for belt tensioning and measuring of tension value. Frame is made extendible, consisting of two bases with possibility of their travel and fixing on the bed. On base pillars the spiral of steel rod with circular cross-section is attached by its ends. Inside the spiral, tubular belt length is freely located. The ends of the belt are attached to spheroidal plugs which are linked by flexible elements enveloping snatch blocks with hangers on which exchangeable loads are located. Ends of spiral on pillars are fixed by means of plates with possibility to turn them relative to pillars and to be fixed on them using bolts. On the frame base supports for spiral are mounted. Frame pillars and plates are made with holes with possibility to pass flexible elements through them. ^ EFFECT: invention allows providing investigation of belt support assemblies for tubular belt conveyors in case of various structural and operational parameters of these assemblies. ^ 3 dwg |
